Prerequisites for requesting Tenant Admin access

What are the Prerequisites for Tenant Admin access?

Environment:

Answer:

Once SSO is implemented on any environment user would need Tenant Admin rights to add/delete users.

We would need below information from customer to provide Tenant Admin rights:

1)      Customer’s contact information – Name, Phone number & Email Id.

2)      PSC (Primary Support Contact) Approval. 

3)      Environment URL.

 

 

Additional Information:

Note:  Existing Tenant admin DON’T have the access to grant another user as Tenant Admin.
