There are 2 options, why you cannot see all the Data
1. The column Size in DSM Explorer is too small to see the full size of the data.
In the GUI , right-click on the Headers Area, where the data is not showing,
which should bring up the following screen and check off Autosize Columns
In Example: Device Name is cutoff in 1st picture but shows the Full Field in 2nd picture.
1. SQL Column Not Wide Enough
Open SQL Databases > mdb > Tables
Expand the table that holds that Value.
Look for the column that corresponds with the Field.
Right-click on the Column and go to Properties, look for the Length Field,
this will give you the number of characters the field allows.
If this is a default CA field you can ask Support.
If it is a field that is populated by MIF Inventory then you will have to split the field into 2 separate fields.
