Question:

What are the numeric values indicating different user status in CA Strong Authentication and CA Risk Authentication?

Environment:
CA Strong Authentication(AuthMinder or WebFort) - version 7.x and 8.xCA Risk Authentication(RiskMinder or RiskFort) - version 7.x and 8.x
Answer:

In case of internal processing of users, Advanced Authentication server uses these numeric values:

INITIAL = 0
ACTIVE = 1
INACTIVE = 2
DELETED = 3

However, in case of storage in database below can be used:

STATUS field in ARUDSUSER table is 0 --> this indicates user status INITIAL.
STATUS field in ARUDSUSER table is 1 --> this indicates user status ACTIVE.(except below conditions)
[STATUS field in ARUDSUSER table is 1] and [current time is between STARTLOCKTIME and ENDLOCKTIME fields of ARUDSUSER table] --> this indicates user status INACTIVE/Disabled.
user data is in ARUDSUSER_ARCHIVE table --> this indicates user is DELETED
