What are the Scoreboard Queries and links to create tickets by default for a user logged in with Employee role?


By default, a user in the Employee Role has a link to open a new Incident and view their open and closed Incidents and Change Orders.


Links to create a new Request and to view their open and closed Requests can be added by changing the value of the Option, "employee_intf_incident_support" from Incident Only to Incident and Request.

If you would like to then add the link to create a new Change Order, you would modify the "Change Order" function access on the Employee Role from View to Modify:

The Scoreboard Query Nodes can be removed/added via the "Customize Scoreboard" functionality.  On the main Service Desk page select File/Customize Scoreboard.
