Description:

The URLs to access the various Process Automation Manager pages have changed in the move from PAM 3.1 to 4.x and two of the examples in the Options Manager of CA Service Desk Manager are incorrect. This document outlines the correct URLs to use when specifying the PAM options in Options Manager

Solution:

There are changes in the Service Desk Manager Process Automation Manager Workflow options for PAM 4.x . Below are the updated URL links:

caextwf_processdisplay_url:

http://<pam hostname>:8080/itpam/JNLPRequestProcessor?processType=startUI&roid=

caextwf_worklist_url:

http://<pam hostname>:8080/itpam?webPage=mytaskfilter&view=tasklist

The remaining options are the same as shown in the examples in Options Manager.

In PAM 4.x, after creating a Start Request Form, right-click on the Start Request Form and click on Properties. Here the "Tag" tab is replaced with the "Keywords" tab. In this tab, you can define keywords such as pcat, chgcat etc as shown in the following screenshot:
