Issue:
We have a customer trying to monitor the Java heap size in the web logic probe and we are struggling to get this working even though the resource is showing a connected. When we try to click on the memory nod in the GUI we get the following error:
"No subkeys found java.lang/Memory/name"

User-added image
How can we correct this?

Environment:
UIM 9.0 and earlier
Weblogic versions 12cR2, 12c, 11g, 10.x, or 9.x
Weblogic Probe 1.51 and earlier
Java 1.7

Cause:
In compatible wlClient.jar files in the probe directory from the local weblogic version.

Resolution:
I believe that I have determined the cause of the "No subkeys found". I found the following under "weblogic Troubleshooting" in the online guide:
Symptom:
I get the following exception in my probe logs

org.omg.CORBA.MARSHAL: vmcid: SUN minor code: 211 completed: Maybe

Solution:
Sometimes, the probe jar files are not compatible with the Weblogic Server jar files that are monitored by the probe. You must ensure that both these jar files are compatible.

Follow these steps:
1. Copy the wlClient.jar file from your Weblogic Server Installation directory.
2. Paste the wlclient.jar file in the jar folder of the probe installation directory.
3. Restart the probe.
