CA Service Desk Manager Service keeps stopping and customer restarts it but it stops again every hour

It's started after they clonned the Prodution server and start in the same environment. also there were some network issues that were affecting the system that was solved by the Network team
Reinstalled the Service Desk Manager in a separate environment.
Also the customer solved some network issues that was affecting the problem
