Description:
We want the Project Team Staff View to display all resources regardless of the Resource's Active status.  How can we configure this for all users?

Solution:
The default filter for this view automatically filters out Inactive resources
There are two options to getting the Team Staff page to display all members.  (1) Reveal the attribute in the Filter Section, or (2) Keep the attribute hidden and set the value to 'All'.

Steps:
1. Login to the CA PPM application as an administrator user
2. Navigate to Administration, Studio: Objects, Team, Views
3. Click [Fields] link on the Project Team - Filter row
4. From the Display: drop-list, select 'All', click 'Go' -- this will show all available and selected attributes for the view

Reveal the hidden attribute 'Resource Active' in the Filter Section:
This option will allow the users to change the filtering criteria to select 'All', 'Yes' or 'No' values.
1. Navigate to the attribute 'Resource Active' in the list and click on it's Properties icon
2. Notice that 'Hidden In Filter' option is checked
3. Uncheck the 'Hidden in Filter' option ; also make sure this field is 'Selected' on the Filter Section View
4. Click 'Save', click 'Submit', then click the next 'Submit' button
5. Click 'Publish' [OPTIONAL:- if you want all user to see this field. If any users have a personal customization made to any of the Team views via the Main application they will lose those views and now use the system view]

Keep the attribute hidden and set the default value to 'All':
This option will not allow users to change the filtering criteria - the results will always show ALL Team members regardless of the Active status.  Because this configuration will keep the attribute hidden, the user will not see the field for changing the value.
1. Navigate to the attribute 'Resource Active' in the list and click on it's Properties icon
2. Notice that 'Hidden In Filter' option is checked. Leave this option 'checked'
3. Change the 'Default' value from 'Yes' to 'All'
4. Click 'Save', click 'Submit', then click the next 'Submit' button
5. Click 'Publish' [OPTIONAL:- if you want all user to see this field. If any users have a personal customization made to any of the Team views via the Main application they will lose those views and now use the system view]
