Question:
We are seeing the following jdbc entries in our wasp.cfg in 8.51. Are these still required or can they be removed?

name = jdbc/nis
jdbc_username = usera
jdbc_url = jdbc:sqlserver://;serverName=anson;databaseName=NimsoftSLM;applicationName=/domain/hub/umprobot/dap
jdbc_password = CrZ3OWHkfT0eZQIVUwiDJw==

Answer:
You are looking at a Nimsoft installation that has been updated several times over the years. These are database connections that were added via the dap and dashboard_engine probes, both of which are obsolete since 8.4.
You would now add these connections via the dashboard designer and they would look completely different in the cfg. If these are not being used in any dashboard, and I doubt they would even work, you can just delete these.
