STARTRAK PRODUCT NAME: USRD   (Star Problem Product)

PROBLEM SYMPTOM: LNX-TEMPORARY FILES DOES NOT GET NOT DELETED WHEN
                 ----------------------------------------------------
                 1) Login to Service Desk Manager.
                 2) Ensure that you pick a list with a large
number of rows to be returned.
                 3) Check CATALINA_BASE/temp folder and ensure
that no pdmexport_*.xml files exist, if there are
                 delete them.
                 4) Use the "Export" button to get the list in an
                 xls file.
                 5) While the export is in progress click on the
"X" to close the windoe - do not use the "Close"
or "Cancel" buttons. If the popup windows auto
closes too fast then use a larger list that wold
                 take longer to export.
                 6) Check CATALINA_BASE/temp folder and note that
                 there is a pdmexport_*.xml file.

                 Expected outcome:
No XML file to be found in CATALINA_BASE/temp
                 folder.
