There is an online request form available at https://support.ca.com/irj/portal/anonymous/customercare, where you may request the keys for your test. You will need the IPL date of your test.
An EKG code will be provided for the IPL date specified. The EKG code is a non-CPU and non-Product specific testing code which will enable any LMP product to run on any machine, for a period of ten days from its indicated start date.
