WCC Quick Edit jobs not found in Quick View

Issue:

When we create a new job it is seen on the QuickEdit tab, but not on the QuickView.

It show the error: E131003 Error loading the job.

 

ENVIRONMENT:

WCC 11.3.5 

 

Resolution: 

 In WCC configuration, change the "Cache Security Timeout" from the default 60ms to 2ms and restart the WCC services.
