Intermittently, the WCC interface will hang and become unusable. If the WCC services are restarted, the problem will go away but come back again randomly.
This can occur if the MON_EVENT table in the WCC database grows abnormally large. This table holds alarms that are collected from WAAE. If alarms are not properly managed, they can build up over time.
Ensure alarms are managed properly when generated so that they are archived by DBMaint. Also, perform regular checks of $AUTOUSER/out/DBMaint.out and make sure it is running properly every day.
