Question:

A few WCC users are having trouble accessing jobs through the ECLI console.

They see the following message:

"The command could not be executed. Command processing exception encountered." 

 

 

Environment:
Product - Workload Automation AE (AutoSys) 11.3.xProduct - Workload Control Center (WCC) 11.4.xPlatform - AnyDatabase - Any
Answer:

In order to use WCC's ECLI for a given AutoSys instance the WCC user must have a valid credential user defined which have been validated to the back end AutoSys system at the operating system level.
