Warning Flag visible in the Metric Connector from CA EI for the SOI connector.
CA Executive Insight > login as admin > in the Metric Connectors list > SOI connector > status showing Amber with exclamatory marks > and showing
"There is a problem with this connector"
There is no issue with any metrics i.e. all expected metrics are visible so the only problem seems to be the Warning Flag itself.
MS-Windows Server 2008 r2. CA Executive Insight integrated with CA SOI 3.2
Ensure hostname, port, and network connectivity are correct for the SOI Connector configuration.
Recycle the EI service and wait for a while. If that does not resolve the problem try restart of both SOI and EI servers.
