Issue:
There is no VNA data seen in CAPC dashboards
Environment:
CAPM 3.5
Resolution:
In the CAPC UI go to:
  • Administration
  • Monitored Items Management 
  • VNA Gateway
Edit the VNA Gateway 
  • Change the Administrative Status to Down and then Save it.  This will essentially stop the integration between VNA and CAPC
  • Edit the VNA Gateway again and change the Administrative Status back to Up and Save it.  This re-initializes the integration between VNA and CAPC
You should now start seeing data in CAPC
