VMBACKUP unavailable in SSI

Issue:
PROD environment which is a 4 system SSI, the 3 agent systems say VMBACKUP is unavailable.

We have:
RESID ZVMBACK in VMBACKUP CONFIG file.

and
IUCV *IDENT ZVMBACK GLOBAL in directory.


 
Environment:
SSI
Resolution:
For SSI, RESID needs to be the same as the VMBACKUP service virtual machine ID.
 
The VM:Backup server is defined as a USER and named VMBACKUP. 

In VMBACKUP's directory entry you should have: 

* SSI Support (connect to VMB from any member)

 IUCV *IDENT VMBACKUP GLOBAL 

And, in VMBACKUP CONFIG: 

RESID VMBACKUP
