Virtual Service Response Time chart not available for a specific time range

Issue:
In the Portal, under Metrics, Virtual Service Response Time, there is no data available when we set a specific time range.
No data is returned and tests were performed during the specified time.
If the time range is modified to a previous date, we are able to generate the Response Time chart.
Environment:
All Supported DevTest releases.
Cause:
The data to generate the metrics charts in the Portal is stored in the database configured with the Registry.
When looking at the database under VSE_METRICS tables, we were able to verify that this table was not updated recently.
There was no data available to generate the metric charts.

Looking at the Registry log files, there were some database connectivity errors:
ERROR com.itko.lisa.report.services.QueryService - Error cleaning summaries 
java.sql.SQLException: Connections could not be acquired from the underlying database! 
Resolution:
Verify the site.properties file, where the database connectivity is configured.
Look for duplicate entries or modified passwords.
Restart DevTest components.

The log files should not contain any errors to connect to the database.
The data that generates the metrics are stored in the database connected to the Registry.
