In the Portal, under Metrics, Virtual Service Response Time, there is no data available when we set a specific time range.
No data is returned and tests were performed during the specified time.
If the time range is modified to a previous date, we are able to generate the Response Time chart.
All Supported DevTest releases.
Verify the site.properties file, where the database connectivity is configured.
Look for duplicate entries or modified passwords.
Restart DevTest components.
The log files should not contain any errors to connect to the database.
The data that generates the metrics are stored in the database connected to the Registry.
