Issue:
After a successful upgrade to Applications Manager, the version information does not change.

A number of files may not have been extracted during the upgrade process. The extract_file.dat is a data files that logs all instances of previous
Resolution:
Linux:
Delete the $AW_HOME/data/extract_file.dat file and redo the upgrade process.

Windows:
Delete the %AW_HOME%\data\extract_file.dat file and redo the upgrade process.
