Question:

On what domsrvr the web services application is connected ?

Environment:
Service Desk Manager 14.1
Answer:

We have on this server domsrvr and domsrvr:02 created per the tecdoc TEC1905874

We have to verify the web services is using the dedicated domsrvr:02

Use slstat to identify the exact name of running domsrvr (see the screen shot)

1 Activate the needed trace to verify if the domsrvr is processing web service calls
bop_logging domsrvr -f NX_ROOT\log\trace-domsrvr -n 10 -m 20000000 on
bop_logging domsrvr:02 -f NX_ROOT\log\trace-domsrvr2 -n 10 -m 20000000 on

2 execute the web services application
-> We should have some records created in the trace of domsrvr

3 Stop the tracing after executed the web services application (step 2)
bop_logging domsrvr -f NX_ROOT\log\trace-domsrvr -n 10 -m 20000000 off
bop_logging domsrvr:02 -f NX_ROOT\log\trace-domsrvr2 -n 10 -m 20000000 off

4 search wich domsrvr recorded the activity. It consist of searching "agent_intf" trace-domsrvr.0 and trace-domsrvr.1
-> We found "agent_intf" 18 times in domsrvr:02 , not found in domsrvr
