Issue:
USM Geo Views gone on both UMP's and cannot create any ACL on users(s) SuperUser and Administrator (the plus sign to add Geo Views is missing from the Geo Views node in the UMP USM portlet).
No changes to the wasp have occurred.
Portal log shows:

Environment:
UIM/UMP 8.51
hub:  7.93
robot:  7.93
Cause:
Corruption with one or more Geo Views in the umpGeoViews table typically cause the parsing errors in the portal.log and result in issues with users being able to work with Geo Views.
Resolution:
Two possible solutions:

The first option is to delete all existing Geo Views from the umpGeoViews table and recreate them again:

1.  Deactivate wasp probe on all UMP robots
2.  Issue the following query in the UIM database:

     DELETE FROM [NimsoftSLM].[dbo].[umpGeoViews];

3.  Activate wasp probe on all UMP robots.

The umpGeoViews table will be empty and ready for new GeoViews to be created.

The second option is to delete the entries from the umpGeoView table starting with the last
Geo View created which is the most likely one to have been added which caused the problem.  Keep on deleting the last entry in the table until the problem is resolved.  In this option, it is only necessary to recreate the Geo Views that had to be deleted.
