Solution:

Using the SSL certificates web page from the Administration tab in the Spectrum OneClick Web User Interface

The SSL Certificates web page is used for:

  • Adding new certificates
  • Overwriting existing certificates and viewing the already added key certificates.
To add new certificates

New certificates can be added for various types of key certificates such as Tomcat or LDAP, etc., via this screen.
  1. When adding a new key certificate to the keystore, you must provide an alias using the alias field, which will become the short name or alias used with this certificate.
The alias is a short name for the certificate and should be consistent with some of the other commands that may need to be used, for example:
    When setting up ldap: ldap
When setting up web server ssl : ssl
    or: tomcat
  2. When adding a new certificate browse to the new key certificate and when it is selected, add an alias to be used with it in the alias field.
  3. After adding the new certificate and providing an alias, save the changes by clicking the Save button.
You will be prompted to restart the tomcat server to update the changes.
To overwrite existing certificates
  1. If you have a scenario where you need to replace an existing certificate ((perhaps due to it being faulty or expired) that is already associated to an alias such as SSL, browse to the new key certificate and specify the alias (which has an existing certificate associated to it) in the alias field.
  2. Select the Overwrite YES radio button.
  3. Save the changes by clicking the Save button.
You will be prompted to restart the tomcat server to update the changes.

To save changes

After making the required changes, select the Save button to ensure the changes are updated.

To view certificates already added in the keystore

Click the "list" and view the certificates by alias name.

To restart OneClick Server

Restart the OneClick server using this button. Using the Save button will also prompt you to restart the OneClick Server.
