Introduction:
An Introscope Web Services API dateTime attribute uses the Java SimpleDateFormat "yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ" where Z represents the UTC+0/GMT time zone.
Environment:
APM Introscope Web Services API.
Instructions:
To be able to use a specific time-zone simply requires replacing the Z with the time zone offset e.g. for a UTC+7 time zone these values of startTime and endTime will return a single data point at 08:00 AM in that time zone:
===
<startTime xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2018-03-20T08:00:00.000+7:00</startTime>
<endTime xsi:type="xsd:dateTime">2018-03-20T08:00:15.000+7:00</endTime>
<dataFrequency xsi:type="xsd:int">15</dataFrequency>

===

NOTE: The dateTime response data will still show the Z format/UTC time-zone
