nhElementStatus can be used to determine the current polling status of polling elements.

Example output with no arguments:

Below is the full syntax of the command:

nhElementStatus -h nhElementStatus shows the polling status of each element as of the last poll. It can identify those elements that have not been polled in the last day, and those elements that have polling errors. NOTE: eHealth must poll the elements at least twice before the command can determine the element status. nhElementStatus [ -h ] [ -rev ] [ -v ] [ -showAll ] [ -neverPolled ] [ -noDataFor <minutes> ] [ -showErrors ] [ -noDbDataFor <minutes> [ -retired ] ] [ outfile <filename> ] [ -host <hostname> | -cluster | -all ] [ -names ] -h (Optional) Displays this command usage. -rev (Optional) Displays the eHealth software revision. -showAll (Optional) Displays all elements and their status. This is the default. -neverPolled (Optional) Shows those elements that have never been polled. -noDataFor <minutes> (Optional) Shows those elements that have not returned data during polling for the specified time period. -showErrors (Optional) Shows those elements that have returned errors during polling, and have not been saving data to the database. -noDbDataFor <minutes> (Optional) Shows those elements that have not saved data to the database for the specified time period. -outFile <filename> (Optional) Sends output to the specified file. -host <hostname> (Optional) Specifies the name of the Distributed eHealth System for which you want to display the status of all configured elements. Yo[ -retired ]u can specify this argument if you do not specify -cluster or -all. -cluster (Optional) Displays status for all elements in all configurations in a Distributed eHealth cluster except the local system. You can specify this argument if you do not specify -host or -all. -all (Optional) Displays status for all elements in all configurations on all cluster members in a Distributed eHealth cluster. You can specify this argument if you do not specify -host or -cluster. -names (Optional) show only element names -retired (Optional) shows only retired elements If you include this argument, you must also specify the -noDbDataFor argument.
The following example lists those elements for which the poller has not received data for an hour: nhElementStatus -noDataFor 60 For more information, refer to the eHealth Administration Reference.
