Using GET_ATT or :PUT_ATT EVENT_TIME in a Database Event generates U00020343 errors

U00020343 Cannot change attribute 'EVENT_TIME' for object type 'EVNT'.

Our documentation shows that for Database event objects you can set the attribute EVENT_TIME using GET_ATT or :PUT_ATT, see references below.

However, using either GET_ATT or :PUT_ATT EVENT_TIME in a Database Event results in the above error message.
 
GET_ATT or :PUT_ATT EVENT_TIME does work in both File and Time Event.
