Patch level detected:Dollar Universe 6.1.00
Users with specific role permissions are unable to add non-simultaneity conditions.

Product Version: Dollar.Universe 6.1.0

Investigation

The user TESTLOGIN created as below steps should have permission to add non-simultaneity condition on uproc.
But it actually could not.

1- Create a Dollar Universe role 'TESTROLE" that only has the following permissions on the following objects:
Application=* authorize all the actions
Domain=* authorize all the actions
Session=TEST* authorize all the actions
Uproc=TEST* authorize all the actions

2- Create a group 'TEST GROUP' and assign it the following roles: TESTROLE, UVMS ADMIN, UVC DESIGNER, UVC OPERATOR

3- Create a new login "TESTLOGIN", and assign it to the TESTGROUP group

4- Do a full sync on the node

5- Logout, then log in using the user TESTLOGIN that was created above

6- Create a new uproc called TESTUPROC1, save it.

7- Update the TESTUPROC1 uproc, and add a non-simultaneity condition on TESTUPROC1, try to save it --> KO

8- Update the Uproc and add a dependency condition on TESTUPROC1, try to save it --> OK
