Some of the client's users were unable to get into the CA View online and received message:
EBCXMC12 EBCXSUSR RTNCD=0000001F
The client needed EBC 12.2 PTF RO91481.
To implement the PTF, they used the following steps:
. Apply the PTF
. Refresh LLA.
. In the SARXMS02 task, set the REGIONID back to "XMSSYS02".
. Shut down the SARXMS02 task.
. Start the SARXMS02 task.
With the above, users were then able to log in with no problems.
