Users are unable to login to Service Catalog

Question:
Users are unable to login to Service Catalog. I had enabled SC and EEM integration. Same EEM is also used by ITPAM and APM and users are ableo to login to both of these application fine. If I disable the EEM and AD integration and use Internal Store for integration then SPADMIN is able to login in.
Error in the view.log when user login fails

Answer:
1. Make sure the same user is able to login to EEM using the Activedirectory Credentials 
2. If the user can login
  • Stop the Service Catalog Service 
  • Stop the  CA Directory - itechpozservice 
  • Stop the CA iTechnology iGateway Service 
  • Start the  CA Directory - itechpozservice 
  • Start the CA iTechnology iGateway Service 
  • Start the Service Catalog Service 
3. Clear the browser Cache 
4. Login to the Service catalog using Activedirectory Credentials
