Users are unable to access Introscope Worstation

Issue:
Issues with accessing Introsocpe workstation after upgrading from 10.0 to 10.7
When accessing with thick client workstation exe after logging in, it immediately logs out.
Below are errors in MOM log file
[INFO] [PO:main Mailman 1] [Manager.SessionBean] Workstation User "<user-name>" connected successfully from host "Node=Workstation_4095, Address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:59247, Type=socket"
[INFO] [PO Route Down Executor] [Manager.SessionBean] Workstation User "<user-name>" disconnected successfully from host "Node=Workstation_4095, Address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:59247, Type=socket"
Cause:
On MOM Introscope Enterprise Manager Release 10.7.0.115 (Build 991408) 

When we check the thick client workstation we do not see any hotfix.log. Also when customer lunch the thick client workstation exe, the login pop box is showing APM Release 10.7.0.45.. 

The issue may be due to the mismatch of the APM Release on MOM and workstation. 
Resolution:

Download the APM 10.7 SP2 (10.7.0.115) and appliy HOTFIX fix to thick client workstation install. 

Delete the entire content [all files and directories] of <Workstation-Home>\product\workstation\configuration folder except file config.ini (DO NOT delete config.ini file) 

Now when we lunch the thick client workstation exe, the login pop box is showing APM Release 10.7.0.115 

This time we are login successfully and do not encountered the same issue.
