Users are not able to configure Jaspersoft to run as a Windows Service

Introduction:
Service.bat file missing from the Tomcat/Bin directory when using the Tomcat install provided with CA BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE JASPERSOFT REPORTS SERVER 6.4.2_5.4.2.15 FOR CA PPM. The ISO is bundled with generic installer zip and linux installer zip. These installer zips does not contain windows services based config files.
Environment:
CA BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE JASPERSOFT REPORTS SERVER 6.4.2_5.4.2.15 FOR CA PPM
Instructions:
After deploying actions below on Jaspersoft Report Server 6.4.2 on a Windows Server that cause the Service.bat file may not be present in Tomcat/Bin.
1. Download CA BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE JASPERSOFT REPORTS SERVER 6.4.2_5.4.2.15 FOR CA PPM from support.ca.com 
2. Extract the iso file 
3. Install Tomcat using the provided install files. 
4. Install CA BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE JASPERSOFT REPORTS SERVER 6.4.2_5.4.2.15 FOR CA PPM 
5. Try to run 'service.bat install' from a command line to create the Tomcat8 Windows service.

Download the following Tomcat 8.5.23 windows installer, and use this  to install JSFT 6.4.2.
ISO is bundled with generic installer zip and linux installer zip. These installer zips does not contain windows services based config files.
