Users may notice the following error in the Spectrum OneClick Tomcat log file:
Aug 28, 2012 8:38:51 AM - Error: CA Spectrum user model not found for user Test.
This error message will be generated when the following happens:
- If the user attempts to log in with incorrect user credentials
- If the user model does not exist on all landscapes in a DSS (a distributed find for the user will be done on all SS and the message will show when the user does not exist on all servers).
This is a benign error message and can safely be ignored.
