User is unable to login to Infoview with the user credentials from Spectrum OneClick

Description:

After creating a new user in Spectrum OneClick the login credentials do not work for Spectrum Report Manager Infoview.

Solution:

When we create a user in OneClick then by default the password will be same as username in Infoview (CABI/BOXI). Once you have logged into Infoview for the first time you will be prompted to change your password.

Note: As the username and password are case sensitive ensure that if username has CAPS then password is also in CAPS
