PPM Clarity: 'Error 401 - User not registered' when Exporting a Report to PDF Using Chrome

Issue:
When trying to export the  the Jaspersoft Studio Report in PDF format using Chrome browser, users get the following error: user-is-not-registered-on-the-reporting-server.
Resolution:
Open Chrome and then:
  1. Click on the Tab upper right corner " Customize and control Google Chrome"
  2. Click on Setting from the Drop Down Menu
  3. Click on "Advance / Content Settings"
  4. Click on PDF Documents
  5. Enable the the option "Download PDF Files instead of automatically opening them in Chrome"
Export the report again.
