CA PPM: User does not see all portlet in the General Tab of the Overview Page

Question:
In the General Tab of the Overview Page there are some portlets ( "Action Items", "My Projects","My Reports", and "My Timesheets", etc). The user has access to View all those portlets; however, user only sees one of them ("My Projects"). Why?
Answer:
Please check if the portlet is Maximized. If so, that is the reason why the user only see that one in the Tab. To see the other portlets the user needs to Restore the size of the Portlet.
