User and password passed as null when using SOAP authentication while extracting Base64 encoded file

The user name and password is being passed as a null value when using "basic" for the security authentication. 

Using this method works successfully in the version 2 agent with Applications Manager (AM) version 8.

Cause type:
Root Cause: Currently v4.2 is not compatible with AM but Automic is working on making the v4 RA.WebService Agent compatible with AM and plans to release this mid 2018 as v4.3 of the agent.
Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
