Issue:

   Customer was having problems running APMSQL. Customer followed steps in the documentation.

 

Environment:
All supported APM releases
Cause:

  Use of CA APMSQL requires use of appmap enabled. This is needed to use the appmap API.

 

 

Resolution:

   To do this, set the following property in the <EM_HOME>\config\IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.properties and requires an EM Service restart.

introscope.apm.feature.enabled=true enables the AppMap API which APMSQL uses to gather data from the Enterprise Manager.
