Environment:
UIM 8.51
usage metering 9.02 to 9.1

Cause:
JVM was crashing due to incompatible/old library file used by sql jdbc driver.
Usage_metering probe was looking for the required sqljdbc_auth.dll file in below directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CAUIM\lib\sqljdbc_auth.dll
Which was old and might be incompatible.
Resolution:
JVM was crashing due to incompatible/old library file used by sql jdbc driver.
Usage_metering probe was looking for the required sqljdbc_auth.dll file in below directory: D:\Program Files (x86)\CAUIM\lib\sqljdbc_auth.dll which was old and might be incompatible.
Additional Information:
During the troubleshooting of the following steps of experience occurred:

The following steps has been suggested to client:
1.Close any open instances of the probe GUI.
2. Delete the probe from all hubs of CA UIM.
3. Deactivate the billing probe.
4. Navigate to the <CA UIM Installation Directory>/probes/service/ directory of each hub with the probe.
5. Delete the usage_metering directory and all its contents.
6. Navigate to the %temp%/util/ directory of each system where you access the probe interface.
7. Delete all the files in the directory.
8. Deploy usage_metering version 9.02 or later to the primary hub.
However after execution of the above steps, massive hs_err_pidXXX.mdmp files each size about half giga byte.

9. Re-installation of version 9.1 usage metering probe from scratch it appears the identical symptom.
10. Could not proceed the installation of usage metering probe any more due to creating of massive dump files in the usage metering folder.
