Usage Manager Store is Full error

SOI stopped processing all alerts from all connectors.
In the \SOI\tomcat\logs\sam.log or soimgr.log or soimgr-debug.log, the following messages are repeated.
'Usage Manager Store is Full....stopped to prevent flooding queue'


To get SOI to process alerts again do the following..

  1. Stop "CA SAM Application Server" service

  2. Delete all files in \SOI\tomcat\webapps\activemq-web\activemq-data\ folderĀ 

  3. Start "CA SAM Application Server" service
