Issue:
After upgrading a Windows Remote Agent to version 9.2.2, the Agent fails to start due to error " Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform" seen in the AgentService.log file.

Java 64bit is confirmed to be installed and set in the PATH variable.
Resolution:
Upgraded installation files in the %AW_HOME%\c directory or other directories may not have been extracted during the upgrade process. To force re-extraction of installation files, remove the %AW_HOME%\data\extract_file.dat file and rerun the upgrade.
