The customer reported that performing the 'Update Product Release' for a given product release only downloaded the product's ptfs, cover letter, and product Information packet, but not the product's installable DVD pax file. Why?
Checking within CSM's Settings tab under 'User Settings Software Acquisition' the CA MPS option was flagged. Per the CSM documentation, setting this flag will exclude the downloading of the product DVD pax file during 'Update Product Release' (PAS) processing. Removing the CA MPS flag allowed for the successful downloading of the product DVD pax files for installation.
