Unusual OneClick activity after tomcat restart

Introduction:
We are seeing unusual activity after tomcat restarts.
When the server resumes, all devices that are in maintenance mode and not accessible, throw alerts about not responding to polls.
Also, the Fault Isolation alerts kick in. It's as if the devices are not in maintenance at all, but when viewing the Information tab of each device they appear to be in maintenance.
This happens across all landscapes.

Putting the devices out of maintenance mode and then back in again resolves the maintenance issue but not the Fault Isolation alarm though.  These alarms have to be cleared manually.

Instructions:
All OneClick clients need to be restarted, after a tomcat restart.
Please ask the users to log out of all OneClick consoles and GUIs, before restarting tomcat and to log back in, after it has come back up.
The unusual behavior reported here is just an example, as any unexpected behavior can be seen, in this situation.
