Unlock Accounts task error "java.lang.NullPointerException'

Question:
I tried to run the Unlock Accounts task by copying the OOTB Unlock Accounts task or just deselecting 'Hide In Menus' check box of the task.
When I click Search button, it shows an error "java.lang.NullPointerException". What is the proper usage?

Answer:
'Unlock Accounts' is a hidden task so you can perform unlocking of endpoint accounts operation using 'Modify User's Endpoint Accounts' task.
This task is available under Users > Manager Users category.

Follow the steps to unlock an account.
Navigate to Users > Manager Users > Modify User's Endpoint Accounts task.
Search for a user and select the required IM user.
Search for required endpoint or ALL.
The search results will display the accounts results.
select the account and click on 'Unlock' button to unlock the required accounts.

Since 'Unlock Accounts' is a nested task, we cannot directly run this task from UI.
The alternative way is to copy 'Modify User's Endpoint Accounts' task and customize it to have only 'Unlock' button to unlock accounts.
