Unix/Linux agents, in a DMZ zone, time out and the above error message is displayed.

Root Cause: Even though tcp_keepalive by default is set to yes, it fails to pick up the setting in v11 Agents running on Unix or Linux servers.
Resolution:
  1. Modify the agent's ini file(ucxjlx6.ini) by making sure the following parameters are present and uncommented out.
tcp_keepalive=yes 
tcp_keepalive_time=30
  1. Stop and restart the agent.
