Issue:
When submitting a job using the Unix agent with the shell script job type, the job takes exactly 8 minutes to finish successfully no matter what commands are used.

If the command job type is selected and use the same simple commands (i.e. env, dir, ls -la, etc.), the job finishes instantly and successfully as expected.

Investigation
Trace the Unix agents (both working agent and delayed agent) with TCP/IP=9 and Job debug=9.
Compare both the agent logs and agent trace file.

The delay agent's trace file shows it is using IPV6:
IPA=fe80::889:94ff:fe67:808c

ipv6 unix agent trace

The working agent's trace file shows it is using IPV4:
IPA=10.200.144.245

ipv4 unix agent trace
Environment:
Automic Workload Automation v12.2.1
Redhat 7
Postgres 10.1 database
Cause:
Agent is using IPV6 as the preferred even though the server has both IPV4 and IPV6 enabled.

The command, ip addr show, returns the server's settings of IPV4 and IPV6 being both enabled:

ip addr show command
Resolution:
Have the System admin disable the IPV6 so that the Unix agent is forced to use the IPV4 instead.
Restart the Unix agent.
