Customer is not enable to install Unified Report (UR) keeps failing when running the install. The following message is received.
"The installation of UnifiedReporter 220.127.116.11 is finished, but some erros occurred during the install. After exiting the installer, you can view the logs in /appl/cauim/UnifiedReporter/Logs for more details".
The cause is due to a configuration on the wasp.
If you look in the wasp raw configuration under setup you will notice that a section exists http_port . Make sure the Http_port section is not blank, if blank go ahead and change that blank section to port number 80. After the change go ahead and re-run the installer.
