In an SSO enabled SaaS system, the users are receiving the below error message when trying to access the PPM application
INVALID CREDENTIALS: Your user credentials could not be validated.
Please contact your company's administrator and provide them with this error message.
Please close your browser window
The SAML certificate was changed at the customer end and the mismatch of certificate provided to CA and at the customer end caused the login issue.
If there is any change to the SAML certificate, please provide the certificate to CA before making the changes at customer end.
