Unable to view Spectrum Overview dashboard in Jasper when LDAP is configured in Spectrum

Issue:
When LDAP is configured in Spectrum, some users are not able to view the Spectrum Overview dashboard in Jasper.
Cause:
Most likely reason is the user is not in LDAP. The Spectrum Overview dashboard requests live data from the SpectroSERVER database. A Spectrum user and password is required to access this data. If the user used to log into Jasper is a Spectrum user but is not configured in LDAP, they will not be able to view the Spectrum Overview dashboard.
Resolution:
1. Ensure the user is in LDAP

2. If the user is not in LDAP, set the  "Allow User to Log In if either the LDAP Password is Invalid or the User does not exist in LDAP" set to "Yes" in the LDAP Configuration subview of the Details tab for the individual user. Then, restart tomcat on the OneClick and the CABI processes (including tomcat) on the Jasper system.
