Unable to view reports from BOXI Inbox

Issue:

We have scheduled reports from BOXI with destination as Inbox. When we try to view the reports, we observe error.

Environment:
CA Spectrum 10.x release integrated with BOXI 4.1 SP3
Cause:

The folder structure of the standard reports (Alarm, Activity, Asset, ...) does not match internally with the path to the PDF document

Resolution:

Try viewing the report from the “Home” tab, not from Inbox

Additional Information:

The Engineering has checked internally with Jasper Team, the issue should not occur with Jasper. Since we are moving towards Jasper with BOXI going End-Of-Life soon, we would suggest you to migrate to Jasper Server which enhances flexibility and with the introduction of "Unified CABI", you can use single CABI Server instance across CA Performance Management, CA Service Operations Insight, CA Spectrum, and CA Unified Infrastructure Management to reduce your overall total cost of ownership and maintenance.
