Environment:

SOI 4..x, 3.x

Cause:

- On the Connector machine, check the "JSW/logs/Catalystcontainer_wrapper.log" and this should tell us why the service is not starting. It should give us some errors as below:

INFO | jvm 1 | 2016/09/27 20:03:09 | WrapperStartStopApp Error: at org.tanukisoftware.wrapper.WrapperManager$2.run(WrapperManager.java:659)

Resolution:

- > If you look at the above errors:

INFO | jvm 1 | 2016/09/27 20:03:09 | WrapperStartStopApp Error: at org.tanukisoftware.wrapper.WrapperManager$2.run(WrapperManager.java:659)

-> This indicates that some files are missing on the Install Folder.

-> Verify that all the files are in place or restore from a back up if available.

-> If there is no backup, then uninstall and reinstall the catalyst connector back.
