Unable to start Automation Point on Server

Issue:

We are unable to start Automation Point on our server this morning. When I came in this morning and tried to run an asorexx rexx program command I got a windows error "AsoRexx has stopped working". I then went into configuration manager and tried to get into CA OPS/MVS EMA and i got the error message saying "Unable to load CA CCI interface DLL = 'CAUCCI.DLL'. You must install CA NSM or the "CA OPS/MVS EMA Interface" feature in setup".. I then went into our services to see if any had stopped, and found that the 'CA-AP Autostart Manager' was not running. I tried to start it and it terminated unexpectedly and created an axc2p.exe dmp file. I was able to get into APVIEW and see that Automation Point was not running and after trying to start it, it times out after a couple minutes. As far as I know, no changes have been made in the last couple of days and it was working last week.

Cause:

Add the path to the OO-REXX program to your Windows system PATH environment variable.

Resolution:

Add the path to the OO-REXX installation directory to your Windows System PATH environment variable.
